About the Product Marketing Manager Role:
HX is seeking a product marketing expert who thrives at the intersection of Product Analytics, Data Science, Product Design, and Growth Marketing. As the product marketer, you are familiar with a range of high-impact growth strategies, tactics, and technologies to optimize product funnels and make products grow. This role is a critical fulcrum for the team and will work cross-functionally, unifying the team across marketing, product, and sales.
In this role, you will be tasked with reaching and educating our target users through the design and creation of a growth and user success engines that will power product adoption and stickiness. Additionally, you should have an strong desire to experiment, test, and allow data to craft and influence your strategy and actions.

3+ years previous working experience in Product and/or Marketing.
Creativity, an eye for detail, and an analytical mind are necessary.
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Background in copy writing, design, or similar field is a plus.
Proficiency in, and familiarity with, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or WebTrends
